SPC's team of billing and compliance specialists work with you to automate most aspects of the required visit documentation and insurance billing.
SPC Health understands the need for flexibility and we support your goals. We offer both full time and part time positions. You set your schedule in agreement with the patient and facility. Using the Virtual Health Network will reduce the amount of time you spend in the car and increase the number of patients you can visit, resulting in higher earning opportunities.
Full time team members receive PTO and 7 paid holidays. Employees can also elect to participate in a 401K plan, to reduce taxable income. Senior PsychCare encourages all team members to continually expand their knowledge and skills. Internal training is conducted by subject matter experts and Regional Directors. In addition, each practitioner has an annual allowance for external training courses.
As a result of the recent Covid-19 crisis, Senior PsychCare is taking extreme measures to protect the health and safety of our team and the patients they serve. Regular testing is conducted for all team members and PPE is delivered to your home office. Training on the proper use and disposal of PPE, as well as pre-visit and post-visit sanitation protocols, is provided before any patient visits are scheduled.
